For our Point of Sale (POS) Software, the software license is lifetime, while the subscription or payment plan covers technical support, updates, and free remote after-sales service for 3 years. After the initial 3-year period, clients may choose to renew for another 3 years if they wish to continue receiving technical support and remote after-sales service. If the client chooses not to renew, they may continue using the software under their lifetime license, but technical support will no longer be provided. If the client later decides to renew technical support, the new support term will be calculated from the expiration date of the previous support period. We believe in being transparent and realistic with support commitments. Instead of promising “lifetime support,” we provide clearly defined support terms so our clients know exactly what is included.
